Ben has been a food stylist  for approximately 10 years, prior to this he worked in some of Sydney's best restaurants and then as Donna Hay's chef for two and half years. Since then he has worked on editorial and advertising campaigns for such clients as Hungry Jacks, Instyle magazine - UK and Aust, Good Weekend/SMH, Nokia, Campbells, Weldon Owen (USA), Williams Sonoma (USA), Magnum Ice Cream, Breville, Wyndham Estate Wineries, Uncle Tobys, McDonalds, Nestle, Dairy Farmers, Masterfoods, Palmolive, Murdoch Books, Dolmios, Dominos Pizza, Pork Australia and Gravox amongst others.

Ben is renowned for tackling big jobs with gusto and always rises to a challenge whether it includes sourcing foods or hard to find props. Clients and agencies find him both creative in his problem solving and easy to work with. Ben has worked with some of Australia's top photographers and advertising agencies. His food knowledge and input is useful on difficult briefs where he always has the client’s best interests in mind. He is a well known recipe writer and developer and can work across all mediums whether it be Television, Print Campaigns , Packaging or Editorial.
